Building an ultimate show ute and

managing to keep things beautifully

restrained is far from an easy task

– Darrell Leemhuis must be that

little bit more enlightened than

most, because he has done just

that with his BOOSTED rodeo truck.

Darrell constructed a double wishbone

system for each of the front corners

and a four-link system for the back

end with airbags. It has the ability to

leave onlookers picking their jaws up

off the ground.

The tray features tubs, a notch for

the differential and has the fuel cell

recessed into it.

Speciﬁcations

BOOSTED is decked out in all ECLIPSE sound

gear for the ultimate in SQ and performance. Up

front, the 7” DVD Monitor is the brains of the

system. It controls the front component speakers

as well as the two 7” screens in the doors. To

make sure BOOSTED is heard before it’s seen

– two gigantic 15” Titanium subwoofers are driven

by a superb all digital ampliﬁer that is speciﬁcally

designed to drive those subs to their lowest point.

To ﬁnish off BOOSTED, all the best cabling is

run through the system to ensure ECLIPSE and

BOOSTED are ready for action!
